Our response to Covid-19

Just because we are not keeping regular office hours does not mean this time need be wasted! We can check or reserve dates, answer your questions and even schedule a facetime tour so you can look around and gather information in real time.

In the meanwhile, we thought we’d answer some questions we’ve been getting with the hopes that it will put your minds to rest that we are here and ready to make sure you get the celebration you are hoping for.

If any of your questions are not answered below, be sure to contact us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
FAQ's

What are your hours?

Though we are still not able to host large events, we are available to answer your questions, schedule socially responsible in-person tours and hold and reserve future dates.



How can we reach you?

As of now the best way to reach us is by emailing us through our contact form.  We will do our best to get back to you during the next business day.  You can also reach us or leave a message at 414-272-1451.



When can we schedule a tour?

We will be resuming in-person tours as of Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
Appointments, group size limits and personal protection may be required.  If you feel more comfortable, we are happy to provide a Facetime or Zoom tour so you can still see it and get your questions answered in real time.   Call for details and to schedule.



Can I reschedule my event date if it has been cancelled due to ‘shelter’ restrictions?

Absolutely!  We are currently rescheduling affected celebrations to alternate available dates within 12 months of the original date.



Is there a fee for rescheduling?

We are transferring 100% of affected deposits to any available date within 12 months of the original date.



When do you anticipate holding events again at 1451 Renaissance Place?

As soon as it is safe to do so!
We know this is vague, but we don’t want to be too eager and find ourselves in this same position down the road - we would hate for your celebration to be remembered for the wrong reasons!  Inquire with your dates and questions and stay tuned!



Will vendors let me transfer my deposit and date?

We can not speak to your arrangements with outside vendors, however, most vendors have been working together to accommodate clients, each other and get back to doing what we do best – making sure you get the event you deserve!



Are you still taking new event reservations?

You bet!
Now is a great time to gather information, make plans and nail down your dates!  As an added bonus, if you reserve your date before we reopen, we will take $500 off your required deposit and reflect that same discount in your overall guaranteed minimum! Contact us for available dates and more information.



When is your next Open House?

We are hoping for a June 3, 2020, Open House.  Please confirm.



What event planning can I do during my quarantine?

This is a great time to do some research, gather information and contact vendors.  We are happy to help you in any way we can, including holding or reserving a date, scheduling tours (including live virtual tours!), contacting outside vendors and even coordinating the details on your behalf.



Do I still have enough time to plan my 2020 event?

Definitely!  And we can help!  All the elements you want can be planned or prepared on short or long notice.  Don’t put off your dreams!



These are stressful, uncertain times, to be sure.  But what is certain is that if we all take care of each other and our families, the day will come when they can safely and joyously celebrate with you!  We hope we are able to welcome you back soon.
